Overview

This evaluation module is a High Speed Edge Card (HSEC) dock for TMDSCNCD263 (AM263x controlCARD) and TMDSCNCD263P (AM263Px controlCARD) to break out key i/o and hardware peripherals. This board shows the features of the MCU+ SDK on AM263x and AM263Px for customers in the evaluation and development phase. In addition to the features of the TMDSHSECDOCK, this board has hardware support for additional AM263x and AM263Px family features such as CAN/LIN, GPMC (AM263x ONLY), TRACE, and JTAG. TMDSHSECDOCK-AM263 includes an on-board 64Mb PSRAM device, with an additional footprint to install other supported memories.

  • 180-pin high speed edge card (HSEC) connector breaks out pinmuxed SoC signals to headers for easy access during development
  • 2-channel CAN & LIN PHYs
  • GPMC support with on-board PSRAM IC, pinout for alternative FLASH options
  • Full TRACE debug interface via MIPI-60
  • JTAG debug interface via TI 14-pin connector
