WDST-3P-PRO650NIR

Wintech PRO650NIR high power photo head

Overview

The PRO650NIR photo head incorporates our DLP650LNIR 0.65" WXGA DMD and the DLPC410 chipset. This chipset is used for selective layer sintering (including nylon applications), dynamic laser marking and industrial printing applications. The PRO650LNIR provides more than 100-W output using a Wintech supplied 1064-nm or 976-nm fiber laser, though a customer supplied laser may also be used with the built-in SMA905 fiber interface. A 47-um pixel is available off the shelf, with the ability to design and manufacture custom lenses in-house. This system uses both front side DMD (air) and liquid cooling for thermal management and can run at up to 10,000 binary frames per second.
