Overview

The LUXBEAM RAPID SYSTEM LRS-UV/HY/VIS is a 3D printer subsystem with flexible build area and high throughput, high resolution manufacturing. It enables smart functions such as sub-pixelation (SPX) for resolution enhancement, and pixel power control (PPC) to equalize energy per pixel.  It also includes a UV LED light source and optical system supporting a DLP9500 or DLP9500UV DMD at 350 to 420 nm. Multiple UV lenses at different magnifications are available (from 2.7 µm to 187 µm native pixel pitch) with very low distortion for scrolling for a flexible build area and fast print speeds.
