CIRCUIT060070

Single-ended input to differential output circuit using a fully-differential amplifier

CIRCUIT060070

Overview

This design uses a fully-differential amplifier (FDA) as a single-ended input to differential output amplifier.
Features
  • Input: single ended = 0 V to 1 V
  • Output: differential = 16 Vpp
  • Supply:
    • Vcc = 10 V
    • Vee = 0 V
  • Output common-mode = 5 V
  • 3dB bandwitdth = 3 MHz
  • AC gain (Gac) = 16 V/V
