Overview
The AM275x evaluation module (EVM) is a standalone test, development and evaluation platform that lets developers evaluate AM275x functionality and develop prototypes for a variety of multi-channel audio applications. The AM275x EVM is equipped with an AM275x microcontroller along with additional components to allow the user to make use of the various device interfaces including the McASP digital audio signals, Ethernet, USB 2.0, CAN-FD and others to easily create prototypes, as well as onboard current measurement capabilities to monitor power consumption. The supplied USB cable paired with embedded emulation logic allows for emulation and debugging using standard development tools such as Code Composer Studio™ (CCSTUDIO).
This EVM contains expansion connectors for interfacing with various TI Ethernet expansion boards showcasing interoperability between the AM275x device and different TI Ethernet PHYs. This EVM also contains expansion connectors for interfacing with various TI audio expansion cards showcasing operability between AM275x and different audio amplifiers, analog-to-digital converters and digital-to-analog converters.

Release Infomation
Thank you for your interest in the AM275 FREERTOS Software Development Kit (SDK). This software accelerates application development schedules by eliminating the need to create basic system software functions from scratch.
- The SDK includes a real-time multitasking kernel, examples and drivers.
- The exact content of the SDK depends on the capabilities of the device, but all devices share common APIs and build on existing proven software components to ensure reliability and quality.
- The software components are fully tested to ensure that they work together with TI’s Code Composer Studio integrated development environment.
