Why should you choose our AND gates?
Wide operating voltage range
Select from products ranging from 0.8 V to 18 V to fulfill all your application needs.
Diverse package offering
Both leaded and nonleaded packages available with pin counts ranging from 5 to 20 pins. Wettable flanks available on select packages.
Schmitt-trigger inputs
Our new HCS family features Schmitt-trigger inputs allowing for superior noise immunity.
Common applications and features of the AND gates portfolio
Combining power-good signals
Because power-good signals are often routed over relatively long distances, they cannot always overcome the parasitics. This video quickly covers two simple solutions with standard logic devices.

Learn more about common applications of AND gates
Digital signals sometimes need enabling or disabling during system operation. This video explores your options for handling the output when a line is disabled, and identifies logic devices that can perform each function.

Reduce the impact of noise
Our high-speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor with Schmitt trigger (HCS) family performs over a wide 2- to 6-V input voltage range. Schmitt-trigger inputs help decipher clean signals in 3.3- and 5-V applications with high noise, and increase slow signal performance by sharpening logic-level transitions.

The SOT-23-Thin (DYY) package is the industry's smallest discrete logic leaded package measuring at 4.2 mm by 3.26 mm, which is 57% smaller than the TSSOP equivalent. With a standard 0.5 mm pitch, the DYY package easily integrates into the existing manufacturing equipment. The BQA package is TI's smallest 14-pin logic quad flat no-lead (QFN) package measuring at 3.0 mm by 2.5 mm, which is 76% smaller than the thin-shrink small-outline package (TSSOP) equivalent and 40% smaller than the previous-generation QFN package. This package also comes in wettable flank configurations to enable optical inspection as opposed to traditional X-ray inspection during manufacturing.
